Kanye West may reportedly be facing charges after allegedly beating up a teenager.

West allegedly assaulted an 18-year-old guy in the waiting room of a chiropractor's Beverly Hills office after the teen allegedly went on a profanity-filled tirade against Kardashian and eventually called the rapper himself a "n-gg-r" when West came to his fiancee's defense, TMZ reported.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star was standing outside of a medical building when paparazzi surrounded her. The 18-year-old reportedly tried to escort Kardashian into the building all the while screaming at the photographers, "F-ck these f-ggot-ass n-gg-rs."

Kardashian then allegedly scolded the guy, telling him that he shouldn't use the N-word, which quickly prompted the teen to turn his anger around on Kardashian.

"F-ck you b-tch. Just trying to help you. Shut up n-gg-r lover, stupid slut," the guy allegedly said to her.

The slams reportedly continued -- including a death threat -- and Kardashian called West to come to her rescue.

Once the teen discovered she was on the phone with the rapper, he allegedly yelled out, "F-ck you n-gg-r" on his way into the building. Moments later, West confronted the guy face to face in the waiting room, and according to TMZ sources, West proceeded to punch him as Kardashian screamed, "We have it all on tape."

A massage therapist nearby broke up the fight and police soon arrived at the scene, TMZ reported. The 18-year-old allegedly told authorities he planned to press charges. Likewise, Kardashian is reportedly filing a police report in the hopes he'll be prosecuted for his threats.

West is now a suspect in a battery investigation and the case will reportedly be handled by the Los Angeles County D.A. for potential prosecution, according to law enforcement sources. He's already facing battery charges for allegedly assaulting a photographer in Los Angeles International Airport.
