"What you're trying to do is get me in trouble, so I step out and have to pay you like $250,000," West can be heard saying in the video, before West plunges toward the camera.
West will have to pay for Ramos' medical bills and equipment damage, but the paparazzo's lawyer, who happens to be high-profile civil rights attorney Gloria Allred, said he might sue West.
Allred thinks West should have gone to jail.
"I do think he needed that kind of education and I think that would have been very beneficial to him," she said.West originally pleaded not guilty to the charges, which could have cost him up to six months in jail.
