Kanye West allegedly punched an 18-year-old guy more than 30 times when the rapper recently attacked him inside a medical center's waiting room.

While West was allegedly attacking the guy, the victim attempted to hide his face and then curled up into a ball. West's fiancee Kim Kardashian was reportedly just standing by silently watching the event unfold.
The receptionist in the waiting room tried to put an end to the fight by screaming, "Stop, stop," but West didn't listen and ignored her, TMZ reported.
A massage therapist was reportedly able to break up the assault, as she pushed West off of the teen and demanded he leave the office.
West may be facing charges for the incident, which began when the 18-year-old allegedly launched a profanity-filled tirade against Kardashian outside of the building. When the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star called West to come to her defense, the teen also yelled out the word "n-gg-r" so West could hear it, reportedly prompting the rapper to rush to the scene.
