Karina Smirnoff already has a romantic relationship with one Mario, which is apparently enough for the Dancing with the Stars professional.

Smirnoff -- who is currently dating her third-season partner Mario Lopez -- has denied a recent rumor that she was seen kissing her sixth-season partner, R&B singer Mario.

"We have a completely professional relationship," Smirnoff told OK! Weekly in a Friday report. "I have a lot of respect for Mario, he is a great person, but there is nothing there, just a very professional relationship, that is all."

While attending the Mercedes-Benz Oscar viewing party at Los Angeles' Four Seasons hotel in February, a source told The New York Post that Smirnoff and her sixth-season partner were caught canoodling.

"They were making out by the valet with their hands all over each other, and he was whispering in her ear," the source told The Post. "It was around midnight, so there weren't many people around."

The two were then seen leaving the event in the same car, according to The Post.

"I told you to keep it on the DL, dude," Smirnoff joked with Mario after last Monday night's live Dancing with the Stars performance episode broadcast, People reported.  "By the end of the show, I will be pregnant with Mario's baby!"

"I love this woman! I love her personality!" replied Mario, according to People.  "I've grown to love the person that she is, and you should feel that way about your partner!"

"Is that all it is?" answered Smirnoff.

While Lopez, who recently finished a hosting gig on Randy Jackson Presents: America's Best Dance Crew, and Smirnoff, a native of the Ukraine who made her Dancing with the Stars' debut with Lopez during the third season, have not been very forthcoming about their relationship, they were seen vacationing with one another in Mexico following the third season's November 2007 finale.

The couple reportedly moved in together last May.

"They're totally boyfriend and girlfriend," a source told People.  "They went out to Eva Longoria's restaurant [Beso] opening together."

In addition, the source told People Smirnoff and Mario's sixth-season chemistry is being seen as a possible romance because the two "have fun together."

"They're not dating," Mario's representative told People.
