The 31-year-old former LA Ink star, formally known as Katherine Von Drachenberg, has announced she and Zimmerman have called it quits and ended their six-month engagement.
"Man, I'm a fool," Von Drachenberg tweeted Wednesday.
"Cheating on your loved one is the most hurtful thing one could do. I hate to have to admit, that this relationship is indeed over."
However, Zimmerman denied the allegation in a subsequent Facebook post.

"All i am saying on the matter: Kat and I split in November and I moved back home to Toronto. During this time, while we were broken up, I did have relations with another woman. Following that, Kat and I reconciled and I acknowledged being intimate with another person while we were estranged," Zimmerman wrote Thursday morning.
"We did move past those issues and I proposed to Kat in mid- December. At the end of June, it was clear that the relationship was not working and we mutually ended the engagement. I was not, at any point, unfaithful to Kat during our time together.
Added the artist, "I don't wish to go tit for tat with these kinds of pronouncements and don't expect to comment further, but I do believe that those who have expressed concern deserve a more complete understanding of what transpired."
Both parties are apparently ready to move on with their lives and don't seem crushed by the break-up.
"Onwards and upwards," Von Drachenberg tweeted.

"Well now that I'm finally free... Lets put out some music!" Zimmerman also posted on Twitter.
Von Drachenberg and Zimmerman got engaged on December 16 when the electronic music star tweeted a photo of an engagement ring with the following request: "I can't wait for Christmas so.... Katherine Von Drachenberg, will you marry me?"
Von Drachenberg and ex-fiance Jesse James, the former Jesse James is a Dead Man and Monster Garage star, had announced they had ended their engagement and split in September 2011. The pair had been off and on for awhile leading up to their final breakup.
TLC announced the cancellation of LA Ink in August 2011, stating the network had "decided" to end the show with the broadcast of its fourth-season finale in September of that year. However, Von D challenged TLC's statement and insisted it was her choice to end the series.
