Kathy Griffin is to star in a 1-hour special called "Kathy Griffin's Emmys Aftermath," TV Guide Network said Monday.
The program is to air Sept. 19, a day after the 2011 Emmy Awards for excellence in television are handed out in Los Angeles.
Griffin, who is Emmy-nominated this year for her work on "Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List," will moderate a panel to discuss "winners, losers, red carpet faux pas and all the off-camera happenings at the after-parties from the 2011 Primetime Emmy Awards," the cable network said.
"Shhh -- don't tell anyone from TV Guide Network, but I swear I am going to say whatever I want the day after the Emmys," Griffin said in a statement.
"I will have gone to all the parties and been kicked out of at least two. My feet are going to hurt and I will have either won or lost another Emmy. If I were you, I would tune in because I will be naming names ... and remember, Emmys are more than people."
Griffin recently served as host of "Kathy Griffin's Insightful and Hilarious Take on the Royal Wedding," which TV Guide Network said was one of its most buzzed-about specials of 2011.
