Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List fifth-season episodes will follow the comedian as she unsuccessfully rallies for a Grammy win for Best Comedy Album, creates a Facebook account, canvasses door to door and on the California state capital for gay marriage rights, and obtains a star on the Palm Springs Walk of Fame -- all in an attempt to land herself on the A-List.
"See how I fare after tips and lessons from everyone from Paris Hilton to rapper T.I.," said Griffin.
"We're in Miami with unofficial mayor of Miami, Gloria Estefan, and unofficial deputy mayor, Rosie O'Donnell. I spend the weekend in Savannah at Paula Deen's house, hit Vegas with Bette Midler, do a casino gig with Lily Tomlin, spend the day in Harlem with Rev. Al Sharpton and go to Palm Springs to visit Suzanne Somers' compound where I pray that Barry Manilow shows up."
In addition, assistant Tiffany Rinehart, tour manager Tom Vize, mom Maggie Griffin and dogs Chance and Pom Pom will all be back for My Life on the D-List's fifth season.
