Kelly Osbourne and Matthew Mosshart have announced they have called off their engagement and split.

"The split is amicable and the pair continue to have nothing but the utmost respect for one another. Kelly is looking forward to a new year full of fresh beginnings. No further comments will be provided by all parties and we request privacy, decorum and space from the press but don't expect it."
The 29-year-old former The Osbournes star and Dancing with the Stars participant and Mosshart, a chef, dated for two years.
Osbourne seemed to allude to her breakup on Twitter this week.
"Its all about perception sometimes the bad things that happen in life aren't really bad at all especially when you learn something from it!" the former reality TV star tweeted on Wednesday.
Mosshart had reportedly proposed to Osbourne in December 2012.
According to an Us source, the pair had been "really excited" about taking the next step in their relationship and were planning a summer wedding in the U.K.
Osbourne, who currently co-hosts E!'s Fashion Police, and Mosshart reportedly met at model Kate Moss' wedding in July 2011. They were last spotted out together at a Hollywood event in mid-December.
