The Bachelor alum Kelsey Anderson has revealed she's trying to compromise with Joey Graziadei about where they're going to live after his Dancing with the Stars stint in Los Angeles.

Kelsey and Joey, who got engaged on The Bachelor's 28th season, are trying to choose between settling down in New York or California post-Dancing with the Stars.

But according to Kelsey, she and her fiance are torn because they're not exactly agreeing on where to move.

Given New York and L.A. are very different cities that are also far apart, Jason Tartick asked Kelsey what the decision-making process has been like for The Bachelor couple during a recent episode of his "Trading Secrets" podcast.

"It's funny because L.A. is so long, and New York is so tall. But I love New York. I love the hustle and bustle of a city like New York," Kelsey said.

"I've always just been drawn to it, and I talked about New York to Joey on [The Bachelor] -- about how I've always wanted to live there one day. I've always wanted to live there."

But Kelsey and Joey had to move to Los Angeles to film Dancing with the Stars, which is currently airing its 33rd season on ABC.

"And Joey loves tennis, golf and surfing. He loves that Hawaii lifestyle and being outdoors, and New York doesn't really give that to him," Kelsey explained.

"So we're thinking about both options, but I think we're probably leaning more towards L.A. right now. I am trying to give it a chance and see how I like it, but I know that Joey would be a lot happier here."

Kelsey therefore acknowledged that she may be willing to compromise for her man.

"I have to take [Joey] into consideration. I can't just be like, 'You're coming to New York!' Because I know he would, if I really was set on it," Kelsey explained.

"I want him to be happy too, and so far, I like L.A. So we'll see! [I'd like it] especially if we're close to the beach, because I love the beach!"

Kelsey confirmed that living in New York, however, would be her ideal living arrangement.

Since New York remains Kelsey's dream, The Bachelor winner shared, "Joey was like, 'Let's go every month for a week to New York.' He's like, 'I still want you to get that taste of New York.'"

"So we'll see how we figure it out and how we navigate doing both," she added.

"It's hard because the flights are a couple hours and there's a time difference and all that."

But Kelsey pointed out how she and Joey will see if they can make that work.

"I was there for New York Fashion Week, and honestly, I got a great taste of it. I was there for the whole week, and yeah, I really enjoyed myself," Kelsey said.

But Kelsey concluded that it was "nice to get back" to L.A. once she was done with her modeling gig "to slow things down for a second."

Kelsey, who previously worked as a project manager in New Orleans, gushed about how she and Joey are making good money in L.A. and have a lot of support from friends and family.

Kelsey has dipped her toes into modeling and has been "talking to agencies." Her dream is to pose for Victoria's Secret or Sports Illustrated.

The Bachelor 28 winner also said she can imagine herself owning a coffee shop one day or becoming a race car driver.

During an early October appearance on "The Ben & Ashley I: Almost Famous Podcast," Joey discussed his living situation with Kelsey and hinted that they were leaning more towards staying in Los Angeles.

"We've talked about New York, but being here in L.A. and enjoying it, we're also a lot more open to staying here," Joey told former The Bachelor star Ben Higgins.

"We think there are a lot of great opportunities here too. The weather does not suck. It fits a lot of the things that I want to do, like playing more golf and tennis and being in that world."

But Joey said "the biggest thing" for them, at this moment, is "staying present" and enjoying time together.

"We aren't traveling all over the place like we have been for the past few months," Joey explained.

"We're really diving into this [Dancing with the Stars] experience for both of us because it is an experience for the both of us right now. And we're looking forward to what could possibly be in the future."

Joey noted he and Kelsey "are not making any rash decisions."

However, he teased, "We're both enjoying L.A., and it seems likely that we might stay here post-show... There are so many exciting things that are going on here."

"But in all honesty," The Bachelorette alum continued, "it's still a temporary move and we're still just trying to live in the present and do the best we can to build our relationship. That's what we're really focusing on."

Kelsey -- who accepted Joey's marriage proposal when The Bachelor's Final Rose Ceremony filmed in late 2023 -- previously said that she has accumulated a strong "level of security" with Joey.

"Joey and I [are] still together and strong after a year of all that craziness," Kelsey confirmed, adding how Joey gives her "reassurance" she needs and they are "all good in the hood."

Kelsey noted, "If I can survive [The Bachelor process], I can survive watching him dance with a married woman with a cute little baby boy -- crushing it."

Kelsey was referring to Joey's Dancing with the Stars pro partner Jenna Johnson and her son with husband Val Chmerkovskiy, Rome.

"I am very proud of Joey," Kelsey concluded.
