"It's a fling," a source close to Jenner told Us Weekly. "It's not serious."
An insider close to the 27-year-old "Electric Body" rapper recently echoed the sentiment.
"He thinks Kendall is hot as hell," the insider said. "He's just having fun."
The pair first got people talking when they were spotted strolling through the streets together last month in Paris, France, where the 20-year-old supermodel was visiting for Menswear Fashion Week. Jenner and A$AP, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, reportedly had a dinner date at L'Avenue restaurant before dancing at Cartel Club.
And then just last week, the duo "rendezvoused again" at the Mr. C Beverly Hills hotel, according to Us.
Jenner and A$AP have reportedly been friends for quite some time now, as they attended the launch of Jenner's PacSun line in New York City with Kylie Jenner in February.
Despite dating rumors, Jenner isn't showing any signs of settling down soon. On the Fourth of July, she was actually spending time with another man, Los Angeles Lakers player Jordan Clarkson, 24.
The couple had partied together at Nobu in Malibu for the Fourth of July holiday before Jenner sat in on Clarkson's Drew league basketball game two weeks later.
