"It's the real deal," said the insider of the couple, who first sparked rumors of a fling when he attended her PacSun launch in New York City this past February.
Jenner has reportedly been going the extra mile to see and spend time with Rocky, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, in recent months,
Jenner was spotted cheering him on at NYC's Panorama Festival in late July and then enjoying a late-night dinner with him at Blue Ribbon Brasserie in Soho. One week later, according to Us, Jenner brought Rocky to her sister Kylie's 19th birthday party at the Nice Guy in West Hollywood.
The couple, who show affection when together in public, both have an interest in fashion.
"They're both major players [in the industry]," a Jenner friend told the magazine, adding that Rocky has collaborated with designers such as J.W. Anderson and Guess. "They have lots to talk about!"
Jenner previously dated L.A. Lakers guard Jordan Clarkson and former One Direction singer Harry Styles, while Rocky has been linked to model Chanel Iman and female rapper Iggy Azalea.
