Khloe Kardashian has commented on the dramatic scene that unfolded on Sunday night's episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians in which Scott Disick threatened to end his life.

While Disick's ex Kourtney Kardashian was posing for a sexy, nude photo shoot and having a blast, Disick, 32, called Khloe Kardashian in hysterics.

Khloe put Disick on speakerphone for her sisters Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner and her mother Kris Jenner to hear.

"I'll never meet anybody more beautiful than her and I love her. My life is officially over. I just want it to be over," Disick sobbed on the phone over losing Kourtney after nine years together in July 2015. "I just can't f-cking handle it."

Kris' initial thought was to call the police, but while Khloe attempted to talk Disick down, the 60-year-old momager decided to recruit friend Chris Reda to check on the self-proclaimed "Lord" in New York instead.

"He looked like he was really depressed and just out of it," Reda told Kris later on. "He was like, bawling crying... I've never seen that side of him."

On Sunday night, Khloe took to Twitter to explain how serious a potential suicide threat can be.

"Contemplating dark thoughts should be taken very seriously. That was scary," Kardashian tweeted in response to a fan who complimented her compassion and strength.

"It was a terrifying situation but sadly I'm great in those situations. Wish no one experienced them," she added.

After another follower told Khloe she handled the situation well, Khloe, 31, replied, "That means the world."

Once Kourtney, 36, learned of Disick's meltdown, she really didn't have much pity for him. The reality TV star told her friend Jonathan Cheban that the father of her three kids needed to "grow the f-ck up" because he threw everything away he's missing and complaining about not having.

"Kourtney is like a different person, she's like the old Kourtney," Kim, 35, said in a confessional. "She's back and she's on fire -- and that makes me so happy."
