Khloe Kardashian said she still misses Lamar Odom in the August/September issue of Complex.
"Lamar is genuinely one of the best people I've ever met," she declared. "I think Lamar's gonna always be that person [for me] but that's what made it so special. Even if I had it for five years or whatever, it was the best ever and I'm grateful I did."
Kardashian and Odom married after a month of dating in September 2009, and split amid rumors of the basketball player's infidelity and alleged drug use. The reality star went on to date French Montana in 2014, but told the publication she misses Odom "every day."
"I miss what we had," she elaborated. "Things we got to do together are just memories. I like looking back and holding on to that stuff. I definitely miss it, and there's times I'll get so sentimental and so sad, but this had to happen for some reason. I'll figure it out over time."
Kardashian is currently dating 25-year-old NBA shooting guard James Harden. The reality star covered the Complex issue in a revealing bodysuit, and responded to Photoshop criticism by posting an unretouched image from the spread Monday on Instagram.
