Khloe Kardashian believes she has found a greater love with boyfriend Tristan Thompson than she's ever experienced before, and she's totally ready for what comes next.

Kardashian, 32, revealed she has "never been in this type of love" during a recent interview with ES Magazine, London's Evening Standard Magazine.

While Kardashian and Thompson have no immediate plans to wed, she disclosed how she would respond if Thompson were to pop the question.

"Yes I would," the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star noted when asked whether she'd accept a marriage proposal at this time.

Kardashian and Thompson, a 26-year-old Canadian pro basketball player, were introduced by a mutual friend in August 2016.

"[Our pal] said, 'I have someone I want you to meet.' I said, 'Absolutely not. I don't go on blind dates,'" said the Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian star.

But Kardashian was pleasantly surprised upon meeting Thompson, who lives in Cleveland, OH.

"We both felt this strong energy. I was like, 'Oh, this is such a nice, normal man' -- the normalcy is what I was craving," she revealed.

For starters, Kardashian and Thompson share similar values.

"I'm a Christian; he's a believer in God and that's important to me," said the Good American jeans designer. "Tristan's morals and ethics are everything I've wanted and need in my life."

The couple therefore began dating and flying back and forth from Kardashian's Los Angeles mansion to Thompson's Ohio home. Once news of their romance began circulating in the press, Kardashian admitted it was a big adjustment for the athlete.

While Thompson has been "great" with the scrutiny that comes along with dating her, Kardashian told ES that she's "sure it's overwhelming." She cited a vacation they took to Mexico together with the intention of having privacy, but then the couple was swamped by paparazzi in nearby boats.

"I was like, 'I'm so sorry,' and Tristan was like, 'It's okay.' You could tell that was a big pill to swallow. But he accepts who I am. He likes to protect me, which I haven't had before -- someone looking out for me almost before himself," Kardashian explained.

Thompson is also fine with appearing on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, although the blonde beauty attempts to limit his involvement. The ball player, for example, has been filmed enjoying dinner with her famous family.

"But now I know I don't need to put everything on social media, and I like to keep some things close to my heart," noted the Strong Looks Better Naked author.

Kardashian also confirmed she definitely wants children someday, and it's apparently easy for her to envision such a goal with Thompson at her side.

"I would love to have a family. We've talked about it," she told the magazine of her boyfriend. "He [already] is a father, and I know for a fact that he would be an impeccable father." (Thompson welcomed son Prince in December 2016 with his ex-girlfriend, model Jordan Craig).

"I definitely want to be a mom," Kardashian confirmed. "But I don't put the pressure on it. It's not like, 'the clock is ticking.' I feel in my soul it will happen."
