The brief home movie shows the baby -- who has freckles sprinkled across her nose -- with her eyes wide open.
"Happy one month old," Kardashian can be heard telling her daughter "I love you, pretty girl."
The video has a filter with animated flowers and butterflies over it.
Born April 12, True is the first child for Kardashian and her boyfriend, professional basketball player Tristan Thompson.
