Khloe Kardashian has confirmed romance has nothing to do with her decision to stay married to Lamar Odom and dismiss their divorce case.

Keeping Up with the Kardashians fans have had a hard time figuring out why Kardashian wants to remain Odom's wife when she's dating James Harden, an NBA player, simultaneously.
"I understand why it's confusing to other people because it's confusing to me, too, but I understand why the media wanted to make it this great love story [with Lamar], like that would be wonderful but there are so many more layers that people are forgetting," Kardashian told E! News, likely referencing Odom's longtime struggle with drugs and rumors he had been cheating on her.
Odom apparently knows Kardashian and Harden are still involved with each other. Kardashian believes "honest communication" is the solution to her little love triangle at the moment. After all, she's bouncing back and forth to spend time with both men.
"[It's about] being honest and hearing [James'] feelings as well -- what he's comfortable with and what he's not, and I have to respect that," Kardashian noted.
"[Lamar] doesn't have social media. He doesn't have his cell phone, he doesn't watch the news or anything like that, so he is aware from what I tell him or the messages that I give him -- all positive and filtered things of course."
Kardashian has stuck by Odom's side since he suffered a drug overdose on October 13, but she managed to sneak away from the hospital to attend Harden's NBA opener and go on a clubbing date with him this past weekend.
"[Lamar]'s doing better every day for sure -- which is a blessing -- but it's going to be a long road," Kardashian told NBC News. "And he has to walk that road. He has to walk that road, it's going to be a long time."
While Odom is recovering at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, Kardashian still has to promote her new book, which just got released last week.
"As great as this book has been, it's just really bad timing. It's even uncomfortable for me sitting here doing something like this and I don't feel, like, guilty that I should be elsewhere right now -- but I have to be here contractually," Kardashian explained.
"It's like a great thing... a fantastic thing happening in my life. Something else takes precedence, and I'm trying to manage through that and do the best of both... When something tragic like that happens, you really reassess your life and what's important to you. And that's why I pushed back the press for the book as much as I could."
Kardashian, 31, and Odom, 36, wed in 2009 after a very brief courtship but split four years later.
