According to a preview clip for the upcoming Sunday, April 2 episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians released by E!, Kim tells her sister Khloe Kardashian and mother Kris Jenner that she'd like to get pregnant again. Kim's loved ones, however, fear for her health and safety after two pregnancies filled with complications.

"Whenever things are going great with Kanye, Kim talks about having another baby," an insider told People of the couple, who seem to be in a good place following several months of marital strain due to Kim being robbed in Paris and Kanye being hospitalized for exhaustion and alleged erratic mood swings.

The insider also noted that a third baby would be "a great storyline for the show."

"Everyone knows she had major medical complications during her other two pregnancies," the insider said of the reality star, who is mom to daughter North, 3, and son Saint, 15 months.

With North, Kim had the condition called pre-eclampsia, which caused her face and body to swell, and then after delivering North, her placenta stayed attached to the inside of her uterus, which is known as placenta accreta.

After two surgeries to remove a leftover piece of placenta and then remove scar tissue, Kim struggled to conceive Baby No. 2. While in labor with Saint, Kim reportedly suffered from similar complications.

Oddly enough, when Kim discussed getting pregnant for a third time in the past, the insider told People that she "was very clear that she didn't want to get pregnant again."

"She felt it's not worth the risks," noted the insider. "She has two amazing, gorgeous kids already and feels very lucky."

After Kim welcomed Saint in December 2015, another source said at the time that she and Kanye were "totally happy" with one boy and one girl.

In the promo of Keeping Up with the Kardashians' next episode, Kim explains, "I want my kids to have siblings but the doctors don't feel like it's safe for me."

Footage then flashes to Kim lying in a hospital bed as Kris admits to her daughter, "I don't want you to do something that would put you in danger."

Keeping Up with the Kardashians currently airs on Sunday nights at 9PM ET/PT on E!.
