Kardashian, who is currently pregnant with her second child, also told E! News at the CFDA Fashion Awards in NYC she's "so proud" of Caitlyn, whose photos have been leaked on Vanity Fair's website although its July issue doesn't get released until June 9.
"This is Caitlyn's moment and it's her time to express herself and just be herself, and that's really what life is about," the 33-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star told Extra this week. "She just wants to help people that don't feel comfortable in their own skin, just to be confident in who they are."
Kardashian reportedly said she stopped by Caitlyn's photo shoot for a sneak peak of what the world would be seeing. She also got to look through Leibovitz' photos while on a flight together, although she had to be very secretive and hide under a blanket while browsing through the bunch.
Kardashian announced she's expecting another baby with husband Kanye West on Sunday. The couple already have a daughter North West, who was born in June 2013.
