Kim Kardashian celebrated daughter North West's third birthday on Wednesday.

The 35-year-old "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star marked the occasion by dedicating sweet posts to the toddler on social media.

Kardashian shares North and 6-month-old son Saint with husband Kanye West.

"Happy birthday, North! The joy of my world, my best friend -- I would be lost without you," the star wrote on her website. "I've loved seeing you grow up, and I can't wait for many more amazing years. I love you, my bubs!"

Kardashian followed up by posting a video of herself with North from a tropical locale on Instagram.

The clip sees the reality star make the toddler promise to stop growing up so fast.

"She promised me she wouldn't get any bigger. I can't believe my baby girl is 3 years old today!" Kardashian captioned the post.

"Northie I love you so much I can't even explain it! Happy birthday to my favorite mermaid!"

North also received birthday messages from Kardashian's mom, Kris Jenner, and sister Khloe Kardashian. Kardashian's half-sisters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, also posted on their respective websites.

"Happy 3rd birthday to my little angel, my precious granddaughter North!!!" Kris wrote. "I can't believe you're 3 today! You are growing up into the most beautiful little girl!!! You bring us so much joy and I thank God every day for blessing us with you. I love you beyond words!"

"Happy birthday, Northie!!!" Khloe added. "Happy birthday to my niece, North! You are the sweetest little girl and such an awesome big sister to Saint. Auntie KoKo loves to you to the moon and back!!!"

Kardashian previously told Editorialist she hopes "to become best friends with [North] to the [point where] she can ask me anything." The reality star gushed about her daughter, saying she values her relationship with North "so much."
