Kim Kardashian's estranged husband Kris Humphries has reportedly put a price on what it would take for him to walk away and allow the reality TV star to move on with her life.

Humphries has allegedly told Kardashian he wants $7 million to settle the legal battle over their split but she rejected the offer, a source told Us Weekly in its January 28 issue.
Humphries' legal team is reportedly insisting Kardashian's party offered that amount although a Kardashian source denies the allegation.
According to prior reports, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star allegedly considered agreeing to Humphries' annulment request but her mother Kris Jenner has opposed the idea fearing the Kardashian brand and reputation might be compromised.
However, the Kardashian source told Us, "[Kim] can't legally anyway. It would be perjury."

"If the annulment is granted and the prenup became null and void, the confidentiality clause would also go," California matrimonial law expert Vikki Ziegler told the magazine. "[Humphries] could sell his story."
In addition, if the still-legally married pair were to actually agree on an annulment based on the grounds of fraud, that would mean Kardashian is admitting she roped her husband into marrying her only for the purpose of entertainment via her reality show on E!.
"Kris may be able to file suit for damages," added Ziegler.
While Kardashian -- who is pregnant with new boyfriend Kanye West's baby and reportedly due in July -- is therefore continuing to argue her marriage was not a fraud, the reality TV star's divorce attorney Laura Wasser recently noted to the judge her client "is handcuffed to Mr. Humphries."
Kardashian allegedly believes Humphries has dragged out the pair's divorce for over a year out of spite for how their relationship had ended. However, Humphries' attorneys are sternly claiming the NBA basketball player hasn't settled the case yet simply because "he strongly believes he was frauded," said a Humphries pal.

Kardashian filed for divorce from Humphries in late October 2011 citing irreconcilable differences, only 72 days after tying the knot.
But a source close to Kardashian is implying Humphries definitely has a bitter motive.
"Kris' friends say he laughs about pushing back depositions because that stalls the whole case... It's sad Kris is playing this game. Kim doesn't think he can be happy until he moves on," explained the Us source.
"Kris told his friends the pregnancy is the best thing to happen for him. He says he has all the power again," added an insider.
Humphries reportedly likes to execute his "power" over Kardashian socially as well outside of the courtroom. According to the source close to Kardashian, Humphries brags to his friends that when the reality TV star writes him, "Kris pretends it's not him and will text back something like, 'Who is this?' to mess with her," Us reported.

"Kim has seen Kris show his true colors. She can't imagine what it would be like if they'd had kids. He was so mean to Kim."
A friend of West told the magazine that the rapper "wishes he could confront Kris, but he knows it would only make things worse."
However, West reportedly got a little satisfaction out of the situation when Humphries' basketball team members asked him for autographs following his deposition -- which the friend claims he was "proud to do" for Kardashian.
"Kris was furious his team was acting like fans," the West friend said. "[But still,] Kanye is very frustrated."
Kardashian and Humphries' divorce battle has reportedly brought Kardashian and West closer together although Humphries is allegedly hoping the mess will complicate their relationship. In fact, the rapper and his "baby mama" would like to get married as soon as possible but are reportedly still okay with postponing their wedding considering the circumstances.

"Their focus is not on negativity -- it's on their future. It would kill Kris to hear that!" a Kardashian pal told Us.
