In a new preview clip E! released for Keeping Up with the Kardashians' upcoming April 2 episode at 9PM ET/PT, Kim explains to her family a crucial step she intends to take in order to conceive Baby No. 3.
"I have to go in and repair my uterus. Because I decided I'm going to try to have one more baby," announces Kim, who is already mom to daughter North, 3, and son Saint, 15 months. "Isn't that exciting?"
Kim was joined at the table by her mother Kris Jenner, and sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner.
"Oh my God, I thought you were for sure done," Kendall admits, as Kris' boyfriend, Corey Gamble, warns Kim not to do "anything risky."

"Wait, what surgery are you having?" Khloe asks.
"I have to have surgery on my uterus to kind of repair this hole," Kim attempts to explain. "So they need to like clean that out and then there's like scar tissue. It'll still be, like, a really high-risk pregnancy, just I would be able to get pregnant."
"So why do you want to do it again?" Khloe questions with concern.
In a confessional, Kim then tells the cameras: "Having more kids is definitely going to be a struggle. I've gone through so much with really bad deliveries that the doctors don't feel like it's safe for me to conceive again myself."
With North, Kim had the condition called pre-eclampsia, and then after the delivery, her placenta stayed attached to the inside of her uterus, which is known as placenta accreta.

After two surgeries to remove a leftover piece of placenta and then remove scar tissue, Kim struggled to conceive Saint. While pregnant and in labor with Saint, Kim reportedly suffered similar complications.
"This surgery is really the one last thing I can try," Kim confesses in the promo clip. "I want my kids to have siblings, and I want to know that I did everything I could to make this happen."
A Kardashian source revealed to Us Weekly that "having a kid would jeopardize Kim's health incredibly" and "doctors have told her no;" however, the reality TV star may be "open to surrogacy."
"Kanye would love to have three or four kids," added a People insider. "He would love more kids if it was up to him. But at the end of the day, it's her decision and he'll support whatever she decides."
Kim and Kanye appear to be in a good place following several months of marital strain due to Kim being robbed in Paris and the rapper being hospitalized for exhaustion and alleged erratic mood swings.
