Kim Zolciak is slamming Wendy Williams for suggesting on her talk show she had faked her mini-stroke to receive more Dancing with the Stars votes this week.

Williams reportedly implied Zolciak had staged her hospitalization last week as an attempt to gain sympathy votes from Dancing with the Stars fans, according to Us Weekly, and the 37-year-old Don't Be Tardy and former The Real Housewives of Atlanta star is furious.

On Monday, after the Wendy Williams Show aired, Zolciak took to Instagram to complain. She posted a screenshot of an email she had received from Williams' staff asking her to Skype during today's live broadcast if she was "feeling well enough." Williams' representatives expressed how they hoped she's "recovering, resting and doing better" in the email.

"Absolutely appalling!! @wendywilliams how disgusting for you to insinuate I 'faked' my mini stroke on your show this morning!! You mad cause I didn't come on your show! This clearly shows your warped mentality!!" Zolciak captioned the screenshot on social media.

Zolciak was discharged from the hospital on Friday after suffering a Transient Ischemic Attack just a couple days prior. The severity of her mini-stroke has left Dancing with the Stars fans wondering whether she can dance Monday night or just in general for the rest of Season 21.

"I want to thank everyone for their love and support over the past few days," Zolciak said in a Sunday media statement obtained by Us. "I am now home with my family, resting and taking care of my health. I can't express enough how much I love dancing and this whole experience, and I hope this will not be the end of dancing."
