Kim Zolciak's Dancing with the Stars pro partner Tony Dovolani is clearly more than just her dance teacher -- he's a great friend.

"This guy @tonydovolani has been by my side for 2 days! he even brings me my favorite coffee. Although he is always dancing around the room lol he keeps me smiling!" Zolciak captioned an Instagram photo of Dovolani sitting on the couch in her hospital room.
"So blessed to be surrounded by such great people. Want to go home so bad! Hopefully tomorrow! #GoingStirCrazy #BlessingInDisguse."
The 37-year-old Don't Be Tardy and former The Real Housewives of Atlanta star, who is currently competing on Season 21 of Dancing With the Stars, revealed news of her "mini stroke" on Instagram Thursday by sharing a photo of herself lying in a hospital bed the day prior.
Zolciak apparently suffered the stroke shortly after competing on DWTS' Tuesday night performance show, during which she had earned her highest scores yet from the judges.
"The last 24hrs have been whirlwind! I landed yesterday morning from LAX (took the red eye right after DWTS) I got home and within minutes suffered a TIA (mini stroke)," Zolciak, a mom of six, wrote on social media yesterday.
"The left side of my body went completely numb and my speech was gone. Extremely grateful for... quick reactions!"
The status of Zolciak's participation in DWTS going forward remains unclear. Although word has surfaced she's "feeling better," the reality TV star was supposed to be released from the hospital yesterday.
