Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are the definition of an on-again, off-again relationship.

"They are back together and giving their relationship a try again," one insider said.
Despite a recent report alleging otherwise, Disick and the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star are not living together, noted the insider. However, the couple has been spending a lot of time together.
Kardashian and Disick, who have three children together, split multiple times throughout their decade-long romance mainly due to Disick's old partying habits and substance abuse.
The latest breakup was in July 2015, when Kardashian thought she dumped Disick "for good" because she caught him getting touchy-feely with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli in Monte Carlo.
So why did Kardashian take Disick back again when she's given him many second chances in the past?
"Scott's mellowed out a lot and hasn't been partying," the insider explained of the self-declared Lord, who completed a rehab stint after their split last year.
Another source added that the parents of Mason, Penelope and Reign "both want to make it work for them and their kids."
Rumors of a reconciliation have circulated in recent weeks and were fueled when the pair vacationed together in Mexico and Disick posted a racy photo of his longtime love in an infinity pool on social media.
Kardashian and Disick have worked hard to co-parent their kids amicably since they called it quits, so Disick hasn't exactly disappeared. He joined the Kardashian family when they took a trip to Vail earlier this year and also celebrated Thanksgiving with them in 2015.
Kardashian told the Today show in April the future of her relationship with Disick is "in God's plan."
