Kourtney Kardashian has released a paternity test which shows Scott Disick is indeed the father of son Mason, but male model Michael Girgenti is reportedly dismissing her "proof" and still insisting he is the child's biological dad.

"After three-and-a-half years of rumors and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason's father. While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies -- especially when the truth was never in doubt -- this story must be put to rest," Kardashian told E! News.
However, Girgenti's explanation for continuing to pursue the case is that the paternity test could've been faked, and he's opting for another one to be taken under court supervision, TMZ reported.
Girgenti claims he had sex with Kardashian in 2009 after meeting and working with her at a modeling photo shoot. He is reportedly convinced Mason was conceived as a result of their short-lived affair, which allegedly took place when Kardashian and Disick's relationship was on the rocks.
Kardashian's attorney Todd Wilson previously told E! News, "This individual has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason. Scott Disick is Mason's father."
In Girgenti's court filing, not only did he demand DNA tests for all parties involved, he is also reportedly requesting joint custody of Mason -- whom the model believes looks nothing like Kardashian and Disick's one-year-old daughter Penelope.
"We have not seen the reported court filing, but we are informed that this individual has been seeking to get paid to publish his ridiculous pleading. His claims are absurd and this is simply another shameful attempt to gain publicity and profit from fictional stories about my client," Wilson added.
A court hearing has reportedly been scheduled for next month.
