Kourtney Kardashian may be hinting at relationship problems with longtime boyfriend Scott Disick.

The 35-year-old pregnant mother of two, who has a third child on the way with Disick, simply captioned the image with a broken heart.
Recent episodes of the spinoff Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons have featured trouble in paradise for the couple, with Disick resorting to his old partying ways and taking too many sleeping pills while intoxicated with alcohol. The couple apparently fight more than usual, and Disick is going through a tough time following the death of his parents.
Kardashian and Disick's third child is due in late December and they're reportedly expecting a baby girl. They're already parents to Mason, 4, and Penelope, 2.
