Kourtney Kardashian alluded to feeling vulnerable on Twitter on Wednesday.
The 36-year-old reality star shared a video on "The Power of Vulnerability" one month after her split from longtime partner Scott Disick.
The seminar sees research professor Brene Brown discuss love and human connections for the TED Talks series.
"The people who have a strong sense of belonging believe they're worthy of belonging," Brene suggested.
"This is what I have found: to let ourselves be deeply seen, vulnerably seen. To love with our whole hearts, even though there's no guarantee and that's really hard."
Kardashian and Disick split after the father-of-three was photographed with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli over Fourth of July weekend.
The couple had been together since 2006, and share daughter Penelope and sons Mason and Reign.
The reality star will reportedly seek full custody of the pair's three children.
A source recently told People that Kardashian is "taking it as it comes" as she adjusts to her life without Disick and is considering giving her longtime partner another chance.
