Kris Humphries is reportedly looking to get rid of every last bit of his 72-day marriage to Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Kim Kardashian.

The NBA basketball player will be auctioning off Kardashian's 20-carat diamond engagement ring on October 15, Us Weekly reported.
The ring has reportedly been listed for sale next month at Christie's auction house in New York City -- about three months after the couple finalized their messy, dragged out divorce. Humphries hasn't been proven to be the actual seller of the ring, but it's apparently the spitting image of Kardashian's old rock, exact dimensions and all.
"It is 100 percent the same ring," a source close to Kardashian told Us. "Kim has been waiting for the day he would auction it. Everyone always asked what Kim did with the ring -- she silently gave it back over a year ago! And Kris waited until the divorce was final to sell it."
The ring will reportedly sell for anywhere between $300,000-$500,000, which would be a major loss for Humphries considering it was originally purchased in May 2011 for $2 million.

"The ring is definitely not worth $2 million, not even half of that," the source said, noting that Kardashian had actually paid for the ring herself.
After a year-and-a-half of court proceedings and legal battles, Humphries and Kardashian finalized their divorce in early June. The formal execution of divorce paperwork officially dissolved the marriage after Kardashian had reached a settlement with the NBA basketball player in April to avoid a trial.
Kardashian filed for divorce from Humphries citing irreconcilable differences in October 2011 after the couple tied the knot in a heavily-promoted, two-night reality TV special which delivered huge ratings for E!.
Humphries subsequently claimed Kardashian had married him on fraudulent grounds and insisted on an annulment, however she had refused -- sparking a lengthy legal battle in which Humphries reportedly failed to come up with proof to support his fraud allegations.
