Kris Jenner is reliving the hours leading up to True Thompson's arrival on April 12 and how Tristan Thompson's cheating scandal has affected Khloe Kardashian.

The 62-year-old momager revealed the videos and photos of Tristan allegedly cheating on Khloe were totally "unexpected" and the timing of the controversy was terrible, as Khloe, 33, was ready to give birth to her first child.

During a Friday appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Kris explained, "[The scandal] was completely unexpected, but Khloe is amazing."

Kris bragged of her daughter, "I'm so proud of that kid! I get choked up because she's such a good mom. Honestly, I get so emotional because I was in Cleveland last week and it was snowing and she was all nestled in the nursery with the baby. She's just concentrating on that, just being a mom and her baby."

"And I think that's what her sisters are doing as well," Kris continued, "So we're all just -- she's so excited about motherhood and trying to get the nursing thing down, which is a little tricky... She's trying. She's really trying. [It's hard]."

Two days prior to True's birth, videos and photos surfaced showing Tristan being unfaithful to Khloe. The Ohio-based NBA player allegedly cheated with multiple women over the last six months when his girlfriend was pregnant.

Not only was Tristan clearly caught kissing another girl at a club in October 2017, but he was also photographed partying and getting touchy-feeling with a curvy brunette last month. That same night, he apparently brought the brunette back to his New York City hotel.

"She's figuring it out one day at a time and she's just the best mom already and that baby is so cute, little True," Kris told Ellen DeGeneres.

Ellen, however, suggested Kris and the family must have been furious at Tristan for hurting the Revenge Body host when she needed him most.

"I think we do what we always do, and that's spring into action with love and we all hopped on a plane and flew to Cleveland, because that's what we know to do. I'm there to support my kids no matter what happens, and I just do the best I can, just like anybody else would for their family," Kris explained.

"There's a lot of us! So we all get together and we do things together and we're a force to be reckoned with. So, we get there and we're supporting her, and she gave birth probably within hours after us arriving. It was crazy; it was very exciting though."

Ellen then pointed out the bright side -- that had it not been for Tristan's incriminating videos and photos emerging, the family might not have been there for True's birth.

"Well no, I think it was all sort of simultaneously happening. We knew that she was going to have the baby within a week, and then I brought the doctor," Kris clarified.

"So I had the doctor on the plane and the nurse practitioner, and I was like, 'We've got to get there!' And then we were calling from the plane, like, 'What's going on?!' And it was like, 'She just got her epidural,' and we were like, 'What?!' So I didn't even think we would make it... You can't write this stuff."

Kim Kardashian also recently addressed Khloe and Tristan's troubles on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, although neither parent has yet to publicly comment. (But Khloe did turn off the comments on photos of Tristan and herself on Instagram).

"Poor Khloe. Like, I don't even know how to describe it besides it's just so f-cked up," Kim previously told the talk show host.

"We really were rooting for Khloe. And we still are. She's so strong and she's doing the best that she can. It's a really sad situation, all over."

It remains to be seen whether Khloe -- whose divorce from former NBA player Lamar Odom was finalized in December 2016 -- will forgive Tristan and give him another chance or move on with her life as a single mother.

Meanwhile, the Kardashian and Jenner clan is getting ready to begin filming Season 16 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
