Kris Jenner was reportedly completely clueless about her ex-husband Bruce Jenner's desire to become a woman.

Bruce reportedly shared his personal news with the Keeping Up with the Kardashians matriarch a few weeks ago, and according to family sources, Kris was caught off guard because she had never fed into the media's buzz about his physical transformation. Bruce had shut himself down and never told her anything, while Kris allegedly never asked.
There was "a serious lack of communication in the marriage," a source told TMZ, adding that it was a fundamental problem in their relationship.
Kris was informed at the same time as her family and the scene will air on an upcoming episode of their reality series. Kris reportedly challenged Bruce wanting a sex change because she simply didn't believe him and their exchange became heated because Bruce kept insisting he's comfortable and determined to transition.
The 65-year-old former Olympian also allegedly kept a lot of friends in the dark about his gradual journey into womanhood, which has been an intentional slow process as to not shock anyone.
Bruce has fueled rumors he may be transgender for months by shaving down his Adam's apple, growing his hair long and painting his fingernails. Last month, In Touch Weekly even published a photoshopped cover featuring Bruce wearing women's clothing and bright coral-colored makeup.
