"We are thrilled to announce we are expecting our first child together," the couple told People.
"It's an amazing time in our life and we can't wait to meet the new addition to our growing family."
Cavallari and Cutler got engaged in April after just seven months of dating and reportedly split in July when the NFL quarterback dumped her, leaving her "absolutely devastated" and "in shock."
The former The Hills star and Cutler reportedly began reconciling in September and gotten re-engaged in late November.
The announcement came just one week after Cavallari had denied a re-engagement.
