"We're taking permanent measures. Yeah," Cavallari said. "We'll just leave it at that."
When Menounos questioned whether the Chicago Bears quarterback would really go through with the procedure, Cavallari laughed and said, "Oh, we'll see."
"My philosophy is: we have to push the babies out. We are the ones that have to go through everything, so you can do one little thing and get snipped," the fashion designer explained. "I don't think any guy is like, 'Yes, please! Please cut my babies out of me! But you gotta do what you gotta do."
After going through three traditional childbirths, Cavallari firmly insisted Cutler should be able to handle a "teeny tiny incision" that won't even need stitches.
"I thought, 'Why do I have to do this? Why don't you do this?' I've pushed three babies out of the ol' hoo-ha, I've done enough," she joked, before oversharing that Cutler assures her "everything is normal" down there.
However, Cavallari views childbirth as "a miracle," saying "the human body is amazing."
The couple has a son Camden Jack, 3, a son Jaxon Wyatt, 22 months, and a daughter Saylor James, 4 months.
Cavallari, who also previously competed on Season 13 of Dancing with the Stars, conducted this interview while promoting her new book Balancing in Heels: My Journey to Health, Happiness, and Making it all Work, which was released earlier this month.
