Kylie Jenner has bought herself a pricey pad and is moving out of her mother Kris Jenner's Calabasas home.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has purchased a new mansion for $2.7 million in The Oaks neighborhood of Calabasas, LA, E! News reported.

"You know she completely has her own style," Kris told E! News of how her youngest daughter Kylie plans to decorate her home's interior.

"Kylie has her own vision on how she wants her home to look. She has a few months now until she moves in, to really take her time and get it together... So she will really embrace that time... and get really creative. Kylie is really excited!"

Kylie, 17, will probably move into her new mansion this coming August. She'll reportedly be living only one block away from her half-sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian.

The reality TV star is apparently different from her sisters in one major way.

"Kylie is more edgy. She likes more blacks and grays and [Kim Kardashian] likes more cream colors," Kris explained. "Kourtney is very neutral and Khloe is big on white colors. I like all of it like -- thrown in a mush pot is my style! Kylie is definitely the edgy one."

Kim also recently moved out of Kris' house with her husband Kanye West and daughter North West, according to the website.

Kris reportedly advised Kylie to be "as creative as possible" while also maintaining "an open mind" about things.

"I think it's so important to make a lot of lists and really plan out what you're doing and what order it should be done," Kris said.

Kris explained she definitely has her go-to stores when shopping for supplies that she's brought Kylie to.

"I go to Sears for appliances and William Sonoma for the kitchen and Bed Bath & Beyond for the towels... Kylie is doing some new floors, so we are choosing those now. It's exciting to help someone setup a home... It's a great education because she is really gets to develop a whole new set of organizational skills," Kris said, adding that it makes her so "freakin' happy" her children are "organized to a tee."

"Everyone is just so fantastic, you can't get over it," the proud mom gushed to E! News about her kids.

Kylie has been rumored to be dating Tyga, a 25-year-old rapper, whom she's allegedly been staying with a lot to get a break from family drama.
