Kylie Jenner's famous family has always seemed supportive of one another, but at the end of the day, they're still human.

According to a source close to the Keeping Up with the Kardashians family, Kylie's relatives are all supportive of her new Life of Kylie reality show coming to E! this summer, but her siblings are a little envious.

"Overall, everyone is really happy about it," the source told People. "But of course, there's some jealousy that comes along with all the attention that Kylie is getting."

After all, Kim Kardashian is the family member responsible for launching her loved ones into fame and fortune -- yet she never even landed her very own reality series, not with husband Kanye West or anyone else.

Kim starred in two Keeping Up with the Kardashians spinoffs set in Miami and New York with Kourtney Kardashian, while Khloe starred in a spinoff with Kourtney as well as Khloe & Lamar featuring her ex-husband Lamar Odom. More recently, Khloe hosted E!'s new makeover show Revenge Body.

Kylie's older sister Kendall Jenner never got a spinoff despite the fact she's a high fashion print and runway model.

"Kylie and Kendall really are the next generation," the source told People, adding that Kylie, 19, and Kendall, 21, are what "keeps the entire family relevant."

Kylie is widely believed to have taken over Kim's throne when it comes to style and popularity. The lip kit mogul and Snapchat sensation has over 91.1 million followers on Instagram. To help put that number into perspective, Kourtney only has 55.5 million followers on that platform.

"The show has been in talks for months," the source said. Despite a little sibling rivalry, "the family is excited about it."

E! announced it had ordered eight, half-hour episodes of Life of Kylie on Monday.

"Kylie's beauty, business savvy and fashion icon status have made her one of the most famous and successful young woman on the planet," E! executive Jeff Olde said in a statement.

"Kylie has achieved so much at such a young age and we know the E! audience will be thrilled now that she is ready to share an inside look at her everyday life."

Life of Kylie will follow Kylie's personal and professional life as she juggles many hats as "an entrepreneur, fashion designer, author, television star, style icon and CEO/Founder of Kylie Cosmetics," according to the network, adding that she will also be shown spending time with friends.

Kylie's mother Kris Jenner congratulated her daughter Monday on Twitter, calling herself a "proud mama."

Until Life of Kylie premieres in Summer 2017, Keeping Up with the Kardashians continues to air Sunday nights at 9PM ET/PT on E!.
