Kylie Rothfield made it to The Voice's upcoming "Battle Round" after joining coach Alicia Keys' team, which she feels is a massive, exciting accomplishment in itself.

"I think what maybe all of us feel like is after you get those chairs to turn around -- whether it's one or it's four -- there's just pure excitement," Kylie told Reality TV World.
Kylie, a 23-year-old from Danville, CA, sang "Wherever I Go" for her Blind Audition and sparked interest from both Alicia and coach Blake Shelton. The performer has already made serious strides after previously suffering from a vocal hemorrhage, after which she feared she'd never be able to sing again.
"I think what people will see is that a lot of us use that motivation and that determination and that excitement to really just, like, give it all to the Battle rounds," Kylie said.
But how does she feel she will stack up on "Team Alicia" against the four-chair turnarounds, whom the coaches fought over and really hyped up?

"I think that what's really cool about this show in kind of watching past seasons is that, really, anything can happen," Kylie insisted. "And it kind of drives you to want to improve the next round."
Kylie acknowledged it won't be easy for Alicia to choose whom to advance to the "Knockout Round" no matter which artists are matched. In the "Battle Round," a coach pairs two of his or her team members up to sing one song simultaneously. The artists must work hard to stand out and deliver a better performance than their opponents.
"I think it's probably really tough for the coaches to pick between two people on their own team," Kylie told Reality TV World. "I'm sure that's a really difficult decision."
Kylie noted that one thing is for sure -- fans can look forward to some real talent and entertainment.
"I think everyone will see the Battles are amazing and it's a really intense time. I think there's definitely some surprises in there too," Kylie revealed.
