The Los Angeles City Attorney's office has charged the NBA basketball player with a DUI count as a result of his August 30 arrest, E! News reported.
While Odom's arraignment is scheduled for September 27 in Van Nuys, CA, he must also reportedly attend another hearing regarding his license suspension. The 33-year-old will most likely lose his license for a year because he refused to take a field sobriety test and chemical test on the morning of his arrest.
Odom -- who has spent the last several weeks at the center of headlines regarding an alleged hardcore drug problem and multiple affairs that have left his marriage to wife Khloe Kardashian in shambles -- and the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star's fourth wedding anniversary unfortunately falls on the date Odom is being arraigned.
Odom was arrested for DUI at 3:54AM late last month by the California Highway Patrol after he was observed driving slow in a "serpentine manner" on the 101 Freeway and showed "objective signs of intoxication," People reported.
