Lauren Bushnell is sharing her feelings on her former fiance Ben Higgins' new relationship with fellow Nashville, TN, resident Jessica Clarke.

"[I'm] so happy for him. Like, honestly, I would never wish anything but happiness for him, so I hope he's happy. I hope he's doing well," Lauren, 29, told Us Weekly.
Lauren recently moved from Los Angeles to Nashville to live with her serious boyfriend, country singer Chris Lane, and so it's possible she may run into Ben and Jessica when the former The Bachelor star is visiting his girlfriend.
"Obviously we don't communicate all the time," Lauren said of Ben, 30. "I feel like that would be kind of weird -- but I'm very happy him... Maybe we'll bump into them!"
Lauren said Jessica, a 23-year-old recent University of Mississippi graduate who reportedly sells LED lighting for a living, "seems like a great girl" from what she has "heard and seen."
"[I'm] definitely happy that he found a person that it seems like he is serious about," Lauren told Us.

Lauren and Ben dated for over a year but announced they had called off their engagement and split in May 2017.
After dating Devin Antin for about a year, Lauren moved on with Chris, and the current couple went public with their romance in November 2018.

Chris told Entertainment Tonight earlier this month he's "working on" a marriage proposal for Lauren and plans to pop the question later this year.
As for Ben and Jessica, he announced in January 2019 he was dating someone new -- a girl with a pure and beautiful heart. He revealed Jessica's identity one month later.

"I've been selfishly keeping this girl to myself for too long! Hey friends meet @jessclarke_!" Ben captioned a photo of the cute couple at the time.
"I successfully slid into her Dm's a few months ago. I took a risk and I am glad I did. She is someone special, and I look forward to where life is going to take us. Stay tuned for the journey."
