"I've never watched a The Bachelor season from start to finish, like, ever. I'm not the best Bachelor fan, even though I was on the show and it was such a cool experience. Literally, it led me to where I am today," Lauren told Access Hollywood in a recent interview.
"So that actually was really fun. Chris and I had Bachelor Mondays together and we would watch every week. So, I don't know, we'll probably watch again, this season... to see [Rachel Recchia and Gabby Windey's] journey. We're invested."
Lauren admitted watching The Bachelor "definitely" brought up "some emotions" for her.
"It doesn't bring up any weird feelings at all, and Chris thoroughly enjoys it," Lauren revealed.
"Like, he loves asking questions and he loves being like, 'Oh, my gosh. I can't believe you were on the show.' Or, he'll constantly make comments about how we need to go back and watch my season."
The former flight attendant from Oregon continued with a smile, "And I'm like, 'No, no, no. I don't know if that's what we should be doing. I don't know if that's, like, my definition of a date night, Chris.'"
While Lauren seemingly doesn't want to rehash her relationship and memories with Ben, Lauren said of Chris, "He fully wants to relive it together."
"And I'm like, 'I mean, maybe we'll try one day. But like, maybe not start to finish. Maybe, like, let's watch one episode,'" Lauren shared, before laughing about how the one episode will probably be from the beginning of Ben's season.

But after more than one year together and starring in a spinoff, Freeform's Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After?, the couple announced their decision to break up in May 2017.
Lauren told People one month later there was no blowout fight or bad blood between them and their differences simply came down to compatibility.
"I was really in a low place. I was kind of at that rock bottom place," Lauren shared with The New York Post's Page Six last week.
"I needed to get there, though, in order to reflect and figure out who I was and what I wanted. I think I needed to just be alone, refocus on myself and rebuild who I was without a camera in my face."
Lauren said in late March that she felt stressed and "a little bit tricked" coming off The Bachelor because she didn't know the extent of Ben's feelings for his runner-up JoJo Fletcher and how he had also told JoJo that he loved her.
Lauren also confessed that starring on another show after The Bachelor was difficult for her considering she was already "having doubts" about her relationship with Ben and doesn't necessarily "like all eyes on" her.
"The foundation was rocky already, and not just the relationship but my own mental health," Lauren said.
Lauren and Chris got engaged in June 2019 and got married just four months later in Nashville, TN.

Following their October 2019 wedding, Lauren and Chris welcomed their son Dutton Walker Lane, now 11 months, in June 2021.
Chris admitted to Entertainment Tonight in February 2022 that he never really envisioned himself getting married or having kids but meeting Lauren changed his "mindset" on the matter.
"The day [Dutton] was born, and I haven't told anybody this, but I cried my eyes out, because I felt like I was praying, just, 'Lord, thank you so much for not listening to me for all those years that I said I never wanted that,'" Chris said.
"I wouldn't have known what I was missing out on and it's truly the best thing in the world."
Lauren and Chris sparked dating rumors in November 2018 when The Bachelor alum accompanied the country crooner to the 66th Annual BMI Country Music Awards in Nashville.
Not only did Chris and Lauren arrive at the event together, but they also looked like a couple.
Meanwhile, Ben fell in love with a woman outside of Bachelor Nation, Jessica Clarke.
Ben and Jess went Instagram official in January 2019, got engaged in March 2020, and then got married in November 2021. They have a dog together and plan to expand their family, but not in the near future.
Unlike Chris, Ben and Jess have agreed it's not healthy for their relationship to watch The Bachelor 20. Ben even recently suggested that ABC airing old footage of his edition is causing problems in his marriage.
