Whether you believe it's real or scripted -- The Hills' third-season has contained a lot of drama -- so why should the finale be any different?

"I gotta be honest, I haven't seen the final episode yet," The Hills star Lauren "L.C." Conrad told People on Thursday.  "I know that something happens in our lives, but I don't know what they're showing... Something very exciting happens in my life. I can't tell you what, obviously, because it has to air, but it was a life-changing something."

The Hills third-season finale is scheduled to air Monday, December 10 at 10 PM ET on MTV.

The half-hour finale episode will be preceded at 8PM ET by MTV's broadcast of The Hills Finale: Live in Hollywood special and will be immediately followed at 10:30PM ET by a live after-party, in which the show's cast will answer viewer questions and make "an announcement that will leave fans wanting more," according to MTV.

While Conrad is keeping mum on the "life-changing" decision she makes during the finale broadcast, People reported she's been offered another opportunity to move to Paris, a chance that was first presented to her during The Hills first-season finale.

However Conrad turned down the chance to instead be with ex-beau and fellow former Laguna Beach star Jason Wahler.

"I have to make a very big decision -- which I made -- which I'm very happy with now," Conrad told People, unwilling to confirm if it centers around relocating to Paris.

The Hills' finale will actually kick-off on Sunday, December 9 at 12PM ET/PT when MTV airs The Hills: Lauren Looks Back, a two-hour "video scrapbook" that will follow Conrad from her senior year at Laguna Beach High to the life she currently leads.
