Lauren Conrad will be spilling secrets from "The Hills" in her MTV special.
The 30-year-old designer promised to dish about the long-running reality series in a promo for her special, "The Hills: That Was Then, This is Now."
"So often we would say, like, 'If you knew the real story, you would understand.' What I'd like to do is tell that story," Conrad explained.
"[We'll take] a look at what things are like now and then we're going to take a look back at the show and reveal things that we haven't talked about before," she added.
"The Hills" followed the personal lives of several young women in Los Angeles and had a six-season run from 2006 to 2010.
Conrad starred on the first five seasons and announced the new special in May.
"Looking back, I am grateful for the incredible opportunity we were given to take part in this show," she said at the time. "The experience taught me so much and forever altered my life and my outlook for the better."
Conrad had plenty of drama with her castmates on the series, but many still speculate about the show's authenticity.
Whitney Port, who starred in Seasons 1-4, previously told Us Weekly some situations were blown out of proportion.

"Sometimes we had to make some situations more dramatic for the sake of making an entertainment TV show," she admitted. "But it's not like we were given scripts."
Conrad turned her focus to design after leaving "The Hills" and married William Tell in 2014.
She has launched several fashion lines, including Paper Crown, and oversees the lifestyle website The Beauty Department.
