Simon Cowell's girlfriend Lauren Silverman has signed a divorce settlement agreement with estranged husband Andrew Silverman to reportedly keep Simon away from their seven-year-old son Adam.

If Simon goes anywhere near Adam within the next year, Lauren -- who is also currently pregnant with Simon's baby boy and expects to give birth to her second child early next year -- will have to pay Andrew a $50,000 penalty, TMZ reported.

The clause will expire in January 2015, but in the meantime, Lauren could potentially lose all contact with her son if she reportedly breaches the clause three times. The matter would then be taken to court.

According to TMZ, the contractual agreement also states Andrew and anyone around him will not be able to talk badly about Simon in front of Adam. In addition, Adam will only be able to call his biological parents "mother" and "father."

Lauren, a 36-year-old New York socialite, will allegedly receive $3,000 from Andrew in child support.

Lauren was still with Andrew when news of the pregnancy first surfaced in July.

The "adulterous affair" ended the couple's marriage and led Andrew, Simon's former close friend, to file for divorce on July 15 -- citing adultery and naming Simon a co-respondent.

However, in Lauren and Andrew's recent divorce settlement, the two parties have agreed to change the cause of divorce from adultery to "broken down irretrievably," according to TMZ.

Simon, The X Factor creator and mentor who's been quoted saying he's excited to be a father, hinted in September he may propose to and marry Lauren since they have a baby on the way.

"Let's put it this way, I wouldn't expect her to be a single mother," Simon reportedly told Ryan Seacrest during an appearance on his On-Air with Ryan Seacrest syndicated radio show.

Simon revealed to E! News earlier this month he and Lauren have "agreed on" a name for their baby.
