Leah Messer attended the filming of "Teen Mom 2's" sixth-season reunion special over the weekend.
The event marked the first time the 23-year-old reality star has been spotted since completing a 30-day rehab stint in June.
Messer reportedly sought treatment for depression and stress at a Utah facility in May.
Messer's cast mates, Jenelle Evans, Kailyn Lowry and Chelsea Houska, shared photos from the reunion on Instagram, including a group shot of the women with host Dr. Drew Pinsky.
Season 6 premiered July 9 and airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on MTV.
The taping saw Messer reunite with ex-husbands Corey Simms and Jeremy Calvert.
Although her rehab stay was allegedly not drug-related, last week's episode saw the reality star receive her drug test results after Simms suspected her of using.
Messer came to fame on Season 2 of "16 & Pregnant," and went on to star on "Teen Mom 2."
She and Simms divorced in June 2011 and share 5-year-old twin daughters Ali and Aleeah, while she and Calvert finalized their divorce in June and share 2-year-old daughter Adalynn.
