"And now I can tell you that the winner of So You Think You Can Dance -- America's Favorite Dancer -- is... Lex!" So You Think You Can Dance host Cat Deeley announced. "Lex is America's Favorite Dancer!"

Lex had been paired with So You Think You Can Dance all-star (and Season 12 champion) Gaby Diaz during Season 14's competition.

"I'll remember every second of it.  It was an honor being on this stage, and using this as a platform for myself and other people as well," Lex told Cat after she announced his victory.

"And Gaby, thank you so much.  Thank you."

As So You Think You Can Dance Season 14's winner, Lex will receive $250,000 and the title of "America's Favorite Dancer."

Koine Iwakasi, a 20-year-old contemporary dancer from Pembroke Pines, FL, finished in second place.

"It's been a blessing -- Everyone moment of this journey, I can't thank this family that I've created [enough], you guys are special to me -- and Lex, you deserve this more than anybody else," Koine said after Lex's win was announced.

Earlier in the finale, Cat had revealed that Taylor Sieve, a 19-year-old contemporary dancer from Maple Grove, MN, had finished in third place.

"This journey has been a great experience, I just want to keep going and ride the train," Taylor said in a video package broadcast after her elimination.
