Lifetime has announced it's renewed How to Look Good Naked, a reality series starring former Queer Eye Fab Five member Carson Kressley as he educates women on how to flatter their figure without extreme dieting or cosmetic surgery, for a second season.

"The new one-hour format allows us to mix things up each week with more in-depth back stories, home visits, unique rotating experts and surprise reveals, just to name a few," said Lifetime president Susanne Daniels. "Our audience fell in love with the witty and wonderful Carson Kressley, and we're looking forward to him returning to undress America one woman at a time."
An American adaptation of the U.K.'s Channel 4 show with the same name, How to Look Good Naked follows different women who are taught how to embrace themselves despite what they may consider to be their physical shortcomings.
After Kressley guides the participants through simple activities to help the women improve their image, each episode concludes with the women participating in a "glamorous Hollywood-style" photo shoot that will help them accept who they are both inside and out.
"This heartwarming series succeeds because it shows women they should accept, and even flaunt their healthy bodies, whatever shape or type they are, without resorting to plastic surgery or extreme diets," said Daniels.
How to Look Good Naked is produced by RDF USA, Maverick TV, Ltd. and Axiel Entertainment for Lifetime Television. Riaz Patel, Chris Coelen, Greg Goldman, Alex Fraser, Jim Sayer and Jo Rosenfelder serve as executive producers, with Kressley and Tony Yates serving as co-executive producers.
