Linda Hogan reiterated her stance that if Terry "Hulk Hogan" Bollea doesn't fork over his share of a condo purchase at Las Vegas' The Palms hotel and spa, he should be sent to the slammer.

Linda was in Pinellas County Family Court on Tuesday urging that her estranged husband be held in contempt of court for failing to close on the $4.3 million condo the couple had panned on purchasing together, E! News reported.

"We asked the judge to either force him to close and if he won't, to put him in jail," Linda's lawyer, A.J. Barranco, told E! News Tuesday.

Linda initially requested Hulk be held in contempt of court and jailed last month after both signed a contract three years ago and agreed in April to finalize their purchase of the property. However once the agreed-upon closing date arrived, Hulk "vanished from the face of the earth," Barranco told E! News.

"He was not to be found. His lawyer did not know where he was. His buddies did not know where he was. Nobody. He surfaced three weeks later," Barranco told E! News.  "He is a professional wrestler, a professional faker."

Hulk's attorney David Houston characterized Linda's persistence in wanting to close the deal as "greedy, delusional and greatly vindictive," according to E! News, and he claims Hulk hasn't dished out his share simply because it's not the best time for a big purchase such as a multi-million dollar condo in Sin City.

"The court has been asked today whether the purchase of this luxury condominium is appropriate, wise or responsible -- and our position is it is neither of the three," Houston told E! News.  "Obviously, there are a number of issues to consider before you throw away $4.3 million."

Houston said "through an independent appraisal" the condo was actually found to be valued at "$1 million less than its sale price," according to E! News.

In addition, Houston cited the current lawsuit filed by the family of John Graziano -- the front-seat passenger in Nick Hogan's car when it crashed last August, leaving the former Marine in need of lifelong care.  The lawsuit alleges three counts of negligence on the part of Hulk and one count each on Linda and Nick.

"We feel that, based upon the current reality of this family litigation surrounding the Graziano claim, that it is offensive and irresponsible to suggest that Terry Bollea should be compelled to purchase a $4.3 million pleasure palace so his wife has a place to go and party when she is in Las Vegas two or three times a year," Houston told E! News.

Barranco basically scoffed at Hulk's arguments for not paying his share, adding independent appraisals aren't legitimate in the case.

"That is a poor excuse under Florida law, and it is not an acceptable one," Barranco told E! News. "That is not a valid reason for letting someone out of a stipulation and a court order."

To settle the matter, Pinellas County Judge George Greer has requested both sides produce case law to substantiate their varying positions, according to E! News, and he gave them until 5PM on Wednesday to do so.

"We gave the judge all of the Florida law which concerns this issue, and they presented not one Florida case on the issue," Barranco told E! News. "The judge gave them until tomorrow 5PM to come up with any law to support their position, because they had none."

Houston said his team is preparing a brief to present to Greer, adding Hulk does not intend to disobey court law and will comply if the judge orders him to do so.

"His primary concern is preserving the finances of this family so that they can better deal with pending important problems," Houston told E! News. "Linda Bollea is insisting that her husband spend this $4.3 million on this condominium which, quite frankly, I find rather difficult to understand in context of what is occurring in this family... It is financially not prudent and, frankly, morally reprehensible and irresponsible."

Linda filed for divorce from Hulk last November and has since accused him of "legal shenanigans" dealing with the couples finances and more recently claimed he is stalking her.
