Lindsay Arnold and Samuel Cusick began dating in high school in Utah.
Below is a graduation photo of the pair that Samuel shared on Instagram in 2012.
The couple tied the knot in Salt Lake City in June 2015, with fellow Dancing with the Stars dancers Brittany Cherry, Jenna Johnson, and Emma Slater serving as some of Lindsay's bridesmaids and Witney Carson serving as her maid of honor.
In November 2020, Lindsay gave birth to the couple's first child, a baby girl.
"The most beautiful surprise on this very special day," Lindsay captioned a photo taken shortly after she delivered her baby via C-section.
"Baby #2 coming May 2023," Lindsay had captioned an Instagram slideshow of family photos, featuring Lindsay and Sam's daughter Sage and the pro dancer holding up sonogram images.
Lindsay then gave birth to the couple's second baby girl on May 3.
