Lindzi Cox was reportedly in a forgiving mood after she finished filming the season finale of The Bachelor's sixteenth edition last fall.

Cox allegedly reunited with Eric Lenze -- the former boyfriend she memorable told The Bachelor star Ben Flajnik dumped her via a "Welcome to Dumpsville, population you!" text -- after Flajnik rejected her in favor of Courtney Robertson when his final Rose Ceremony was filmed in Switzerland on November 16.

According to Lenze, a 33-year-old financial planner from Seattle, WA who dated Cox for nearly a year, the pair reunited after they ran into each other at a college football game in Seattle in November.

However the reconciliation was allegedly short-lived and Lenze dumped Cox, a 27-year-old business development manager from Seattle, a second time after they slept together.

"She told me that she had been on an 'adventure' and it made her realize how much she missed me," Lenze told The National Enquirer. 

"After the game, we went back to my house and had sex. But a few days later, I realized I made a mistake. I told her that we make better friends than lovers."

Lenze told the Enquirer he only learned Cox had actually been away competing on The Bachelor after their brief reconciliation.

"I assumed that, since she had sex with me, Ben didn't end up picking her, which I believe is a good thing," he said. "After watching the show and reading the Internet blogs, I think Ben is a dork."

Lenze also claimed Cox has misrepresented his "Dumpsville" text and it wasn't as bad as she has told Flajnik.

"I dated Lindzi for almost a year... [and] after several months of living together, I realized that she wasn't the one for me... She's a great girl but our relationship lacked passion." he told the Enquirer.

According to Lenze, the couple spent a month discussing whether they should end their relationship and Cox moved out of his place the day after he asked her to leave, but then kept texting him a week later when he and his friends took a weekend trip to Arizona.

"She wrote things like, 'When you get back in town we need to work things out -- I really miss you,'" he recalled. "After several drinks around the pool, I started reading the texts to my buddies and told them, 'This girl won't stop! Doesn't she realize I sent her to Dumpsville?'"

Lenze claimed his friends then grabbed his phone and sent Cox the "Dumpsville" text while he was getting another drink at the bar and he and Cox both "laughed about it" when he explained what had happened later.
