Litia Garr appears to be a frontrunner on Grant Ellis' The Bachelor season.

Litia is a 31-year-old brunette beauty from Salt Lake City, UT.

Litia and Grant bonded over the fact they're "sick of dating" and want to be in a committed relationship.

Grant said he admired and respected Litia, whom he also called beautiful and enthusiastic, and he warned the bachelorette that he tended to fall fast.

"With Litia, I felt we reached a certain level of emotional intimacy. She opened up to me and opened her heart, and that's a big thing to me," Grant told the cameras.

"That's one of the things that makes me fall, so she gave me hope that this whole thing is going to work out."

Litia and Grant deepened their connection during a mini-group date at a dog shelter, which ended with Grant wanting to spend alone time with her at City Hall.

Grant told Litia that the connection they hadn't wasn't easy to come by and he could see a future with her.

But once the pair traveled to Madrid, Litia started to become jealous of other bachelorettes, including Carolina Quixano, who seemed to have the most time with Grant and still doubt their connection.

Three months after Litia was born, her father passed away in a car accident.

Litia says her mother is an example of strength and resilience because she had to step up and be a single mother at the young age of 23.

But Litia said she felt lucky to have such a wonderful support system in her aunt and uncles growing up as well.

"Even though he's gone, I still feel his love," Litia said. "I still feel his love and his presence in my life."

The bachelorette works as the Head of Platform & Community at Pelion Venture Partners.

She has worked her way up in the company from a receptionist from 2016 to 2019, an executive assistant from 2019 to 2022, and then her current role beginning in August 2022.

Litia has held down a position at Pelion Venture Partners for over eight years.

Litia touched down in Vancouver for a memorable December concert

Litia sang, danced and partied at a Taylor Swift concert just before Christmas 2024.

Litia considers herself a Swiftie and captioned her post of the evening, "Swiftie Core."

Litia grew up with a big, religious family

"I love having a big family, and I want to have one of my own," Litia said.

Litia's parents raised her in the Mormon faith, and she said religion is "a guiding light" in her life.
