"Little People, Big World" alum Jacob Roloff is now a married man.
The 22-year-old announced in an Instagram post Sunday he married fiancee Isabel Sofia Rock.
"We're married," he wrote, adding a heart emoji.
Rock confirmed the news by sharing a wedding photo on her own account. The couple's wedding photographer said the pair married at the Roloff family farm.
Roloff's parents, Matt and Amy, and siblings, Jeremy, Zach and Molly, were among the guests in attendance.
Jeremy Roloff posted a family photo from the wedding Monday on Instagram.
"What a celebration! Congratulations Jacob and Isabel on taking the ultimate step of love - total commitment. The final step being living it out! So excited for you guys! Welcome to the family sister! We're all married, and the family continues to grow!" Jeremy wrote.
Tori Roloff, who married Zach Roloff in July 2015, also congratulated Roloff and Rock in a post on her own account.
Tori and Zach are parents to 2-year-old son Jackson and are expecting their second child.
