Will, a 26-year-old budtender from Colombia, wrote on his Instagram Story on Thursday, "Hey IG! I know so many of you recently followed me because of my appearance on Love Island, and I am sure many of you have been wondering about Kyra and I."
"I want to be honest with you all and unfortunately we are no longer together," Will confirmed.
"I wanted to take my time to think and properly communicate to you all about our situation. I am grateful that this life gave me the chance to meet such a wonderful human being and I am also grateful for the incredible time we spent together."
Will did not provide any detail on why the couple's relationship fell apart.
Instead, he wrote, "Like every relationship, there is a risk that things won't work out, and unfortunately, that was our case."
Will proceeded to thank fans of the show and his followers for "all the support and love."
"A lot of you already are, but we'd sincerely appreciate respect for our privacy. We are still friends and I hope you all will continue to support us on our individual journeys as we continue to support each other," Will concluded.
Kyra broke the news of the couple's split earlier this week given rumors had been swirling about her relationship status.

"There has been a lot of speculation regarding my relationship status recently. I have been taking time for myself, until I was ready to make things public," Kyra wrote in a post that has since expired, according to Us Weekly.

"I feel that I owe you all an explanation because I would not be where I am without the Love Island supporters."
Kyra continued, "I am single and have been working through the stages of heartbreak and healing."
Kyra, however, seems to be in good spirits for the most part.
"There are no words to explain how grateful I am for the love and support I've received since certain instances have come to light. Love you all," she concluded.
The breakup must have taken place some time after Halloween considering Will and Kyra had dressed in a couple's Pulp Fiction costume together for the holiday and posted photos on social media.
Only one day before Kyra announced her split from Will, Love Island star Korey Gandy also revealed his relationship with Olivia Kaiser has ended and it was a "mutual" decision to part ways.
Korey and Olivia were the winners of Love Island's third season, and they each walked away from the show with $50,000 when the finale aired on CBS in August.
However, another fan-favorite couple from Love Island's third season, Shannon St. Clair and Josh Goldstein -- who paired up on Day 1 of the process -- are still dating.

Josh, 24, felt the need to leave the show prematurely following the sudden and unexpected death of his beloved sister, and Shannon, 25, decided to join Josh for his trip home since she was not interested in dating any other men on Love Island.
In addition, Cashay "Cash" Proudfoot and Melvin "Cinco" Holland Jr. are still together after enduring a roller-coasting journey on Love Island.
Shannon, Josh, Cash and Cinco apparently hung out in late November together and call themselves the "Fab 4 for life."
The cast also got together recently for a "Friendsgiving," showing that everyone is still on good terms.
Love Island features a group of single "Islanders" trying to find friendship and love while hoping to win the heart of home viewers.
The Islanders were required to couple-up every few days, and those who failed to find a romantic partner were at risk of being dumped from the island.
Challenges and dramatic twists came about as the Islanders formed alliances and relationships in an effort to win a lasting relationship as well as the grand cash prize.
